We'll be at the following craft fair events in the run up to the Christmas holidays. If you're in the area pop by and say hello and partake in a bit of indie retail therapy! Bring joy to local businesses and ditch that Amazon trigger finger for a few days! You know it makes sense!
Crafty Fox Market - Sunday 3rd November 2019
Venue: Mercato Metropolitano, 47 Newington Causeway, London, SE1 6NX
Time: 11am - 5pm
I'm very excited to be taking part in my first ever Craft Fox Market next month. Crafty Fox Market supports emerging designer makers and artists with opportunities to showcase and sell their work. Founded by Sinead Koehler, they achieve this by hosting quality markets in a variety of brilliant venues across London, and occasionally beyond. Their creative community is at the heart of everything they do, which is why I'm so thrilled to have been selected to show my wares at this event!
This is a slightly different fair for me than I've done before, because all the products I'm taking down to London are ones I've created myself. I've been working towards this since first launching my business 8 years ago. And if you're thinking "why did it take you so long to start creating your own products?"... it's mostly because I was working a full time job and trying to launch a business in my "spare" time which I had no idea how labour intensive those two things would be to do together!
If you're in London on this weekend, pop along, there's tons of other stalls to peruse, as well as some super tasty food to be consumed!

Fabulous Places Christmas Market - Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th November 2019
Venue: The Roundhouse, Roundhouse Rd, Derby DE24 8JE
Time: Saturday: 10am - 6pm | Sunday: 10am - 4pm
I really love the Fabulous Places markets. Now in it's 10th year, Deb Kendall of Fabulous Places makes sure each event runs like a fair-enthusiasts's dream! It's also pretty awesome for stallholders too, which is why I'm constantly delighted each time I get invited back!
The Christmas Market is set over two days at the beautiful, historic Roundhouse (the oldest turntable engine shed (or roundhouse!) in the world) which is but a hop, skip and a jump from Derby train station.
People travel from all over the country to attend this bustling, lively market, and once you walk in the doors you can see why!

Nottingham Makers and Vintage Christmas Market - Sunday 8th December 2019
Venue: Nonsuch Studios, 92 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 1EH
Time: 11am - 4pm
This is another first-time fair for Pancake this year, and another fair where I'm showing just my own cards, stationery and prints. I'm also sharing a stall with my very good friend and super talented artist Paula Reid, whose work you can see here on our site or here on her Instagram page.
I'm really looking forward to exhibiting at Nonsuch Studios as I've not been before but it looks like a fantastic location. Makers and Vintage Markets is an exciting new market to showcase the best of Nottinghamshire's designer/makers, artists and vintage sellers taking place in the new venue Nonsuch Studios. There'll also be workshops and great refreshments.
