Updated 3rd March 2022
We're shipping orders, globally, with occasional extended delays to delivery that are out of our control. We ship out orders as quickly as we can but Royal Mail (and associated couriers) will be beset by occasional delays caused by staff sickness and other issues brought on by the Pandemic.
Our business is lucky to be unaffected by Covid-19. We are in fine health, working from home, socially isolating when government guildelines call for it and posting out your orders daily, so there is no change to our business and the way we operate. Our post-office is rarely busy, so we are able to stay safe distances from other people and still get your orders out to you.
Postage Times during Lockdown
We offer first and second class postage options on all orders. We ship orders daily, Mon - Fri. If you have placed an order before 11am on a weekday we will endeavour to make sure it goes in that day's post, however if there's a big rise in orders, shipping times may be delayed as a result. Thanks so much for your understanding during this globally disruptive time.
Disruptions to Royal Mail
There are occasional disruptions to Royal Mail's inland service during the Coronavirus outbreak, you can find more info on UK delays here on Royal Mail's Service Update
Next Day Delivery Services
Next Day delivery is available for UK customers. The daily cut off for ordering next day delivery is 11am. If you have selected Next Day Delivery within this parameter (and it's not a Bank Holiday) you will receive your order the next day. By 9pm at the very latest during extremely busy times, but often much sooner in the day. Remember: someone has to be in to take receipt of the item.
There may be significant delays to the shipping of your order for all our overseas customers. As the Coronavirus situation is ever changing, we're unable to give you an accurate indication of how long it might take to receive your order. Currently orders to the US can take up to 10 working days to reach their destination. If you are at all concerned with the possibility of not receiving something in time for a specific date it might be best to shop local for the time being. The Royal Mail's International Incidents page may well help you make a decision on whether to order with us based on whether or not your country is currently on suspension.
Handwritten Card Service
Our hand-written card service is going strong! We can handwrite any greeting card for you for £2.00 extra and send it directly to your recipient. Select "handwrite and send direct" or "handwrite and send to me" from the "Sending Options" on the product page and type your message in the box! Message length is up to 280 characters.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this very unusual, uncertain time that we're all going through. Your orders are keeping our small business alive, and I appreciate every single one of you from the bottom of my heart! Thanks and stay safe!
