Updated 20th November 2020
We're still shipping orders, globally, with some delays to delivery that are out of our control.
Our business is lucky to be unaffected by Coronavirus (Covid_19). We are in fine health, working from home, socially isolating and posting out your orders daily, so there is very little change to our business and the way we operate. Our post-office is rarely busy, so we are able to stay safe distances from other people and still get your orders out to you.
Postage Times during Lockdown
We offer first and second class postage options on all orders. We ship orders daily, Mon - Fri. If you have placed an order before 11am on a weekday we will endeavour to make sure it goes in that day's post, however if there's a big rise in orders, shipping times may be delayed as a result. We're a two-person business, but rest assured we're doing our best to get as many orders out daily as I can. Thanks so much for your understanding during this globally disruptive time.
Disruptions to Royal Mail
There have been disruptions to Royal Mail's inland service during the Coronavirus outbreak, you can check the current status of Royal Mail's service on this page: Coronavirus changes to service
Next Day Delivery Services
Good News! We've re-instated our next day delivery service as of 15.07.20, but please note that the cut off for ordering for next day delivery is now 11am. Orders placed on Next Day Delivery will receive their goods by 9PM (at the very latest. Often much earlier!) the next working day. Someone has to be in to take delivery of the item.
There may be significant delays to the shipping of your order for all our overseas customers. As the Coronavirus situation is changing on a daily basis, I'm unable to give you any indication of how long it might take to receive your order. Currently orders to the US can take up to 10 working days to reach their destination. If you are at all concerned with the possibility of not receiving something in time for a specific date it might be best to shop local for the time being. The Royal Mail's International Incidents page may well help you make a decision on whether to order with us based on whether or not your country is currently on suspension.
Handwritten Card Service
Our hand-written card service is going strong! We can handwrite any greeting card for you for £1.00 extra and send it directly to your recipient. Select "handwrite and send direct" or "handwrite and send to me" from the "Sending Options" on the product page and type your message in the box! Message length is up to 280 characters.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this very unusual, uncertain time that we're going through on Planet Earth. Your order is keeping our small business alive, and I appreciate every single one of you from the bottom of my heart! Thanks and stay safe!
